Mr Wright previously recorded as Always has been making records off and on for more than 20 years.Recording 2 albums in his former incarnation Mr Wright has made a further 5 long players;The Fancy Man, Star Time, Hello Is Anyone Out There, Metropolitan and the soon to be released Diary of a Fool. Drawing on a wide range of influences from the standards of the 30s/40s to the avant garde of today Mr Wright's greatest stength is his songwriting and low key delivery.In the last few year he has been working on new projects The Dreamers and The Party and The Guests.
Mr Wright made a proclamation following the release of "Diary of a Fool" that it would be his last solo album. Though do not be sad as his projects The Dreamers and The Party and the Guests are still very active. His new project "The Party and the Guests" is likely to see a release on Series Two Records in the near future.
