Desmond Reed is a singer/songwriter from the Boston, Massachusetts area. Desmond, an avid Boston Red Sox baseball fan, recently achieved great notoriety for having written songs for each player in the Boston Red Sox lineup of 2009 which received notice from a big Boston media site (boston.com)
In Desmond's short time in the "pop scene" he quickly put his talent to good use by releasing on a variety of different labels from around the world including Weepop! (UK), Anorak Records (France), Eggnog Records (New Zealand), Susy Records (Peru), cass_et_tape_records (Florida USA), Babyboom Records (UK) and most recently Series Two Records (USA). Desmond Reed has been known to do shows from time to time around Boston with his friends One Happy Island among others. Desmond also has a side project named The Mixed Creemees.
