Series Two Records is a CDR label based in Columbus, Nebraska. Series Two started officially in early 2006 (although the idea for the label came in March of 2002 when Christopher received from his uncle CDs of Omaha bands Desaparecidos and The Faint). Series Two Records currently works with promoting bands through the MySpace page; through College Radio in USA and Canada; through International Pop Radio Programs; for review on websites all over USA, Latin America, Canada, Scandinavia, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and elsewhere.
Series Two Records made history in 2007, 2008 and 2009 by releasing bands from all over the USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Costa Rica, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, United Kingdom, Taiwan, Japan, China, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Croatia, New Zealand, Latvia, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Russia, France, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Finland, Brazil, Singapore, Israel and other places through a series of 23 compilations which included over 522 different artists from around the world, and also released select artists via full length releases. From June 2007 through March 2009; Series Two Records had officially released 24 compilations totaling over 1600 minutes of music and released 38 full lengths and 6 EPs. On January 20th, Series Two Records released 9 brand new compilations featuring 204 different bands from around the world.

In the press Series Two Records has been praised by a long list of great music reviewers, blogs, radio programs, etc. Reviews for each band on Series Two Records will be gathered and added to the catalog section in the near future.
Awards and Honors for 2008: Series Two Records was voted label of the year by the readers on Twee.Net & was voted best label of the year by Ultimo Volume Radio of Brazil. Series Two Records 2008 releases made year end lists from many notable figures including Neri Rosa of Ultimo Volume Radio, Chris from Indiepages, University of Chicago's music director and DJ's, Uwe @ Pop on Paper radio in Germany, and many others.

New Projects coming up: Many full lengths are planned to be released throughout 2009. There were 9 compilations released in January. February saw the debut of the 3 inch CD/EP club; more information about the EP CLUB can be found here. Also Series Two Records released many full length records in 2009 starting with 13 new full length releases on March 31st. More full length releases will be coming sometime in June and the 2nd Edition of the EP club is due to be released hopefully in late May.
NEBRASKA POP FESTIVAL: Christopher from Series Two is helping to organize Nebraska’s first ever pop festival. There will be pop bands from Brazil, Indonesia, Denmark, United Kingdom, New York City, Dallas, Lawrence, Chicago, Omaha, Seattle, etc. The festival will be held August 27, 28, 29 and 30th of 2009.
