The second Sandcastle release, this 7" single features Laura Watling and Dwayne Palasek, both ex-members of the Autocollants. This single followed their contribution to This Is Stereophonic Sunshine and more recently they were included in Shelflife's You Make Me Smile compilation. Since recording this single and their other songs, Laura moved, so this is likely to be their only single.

  "Perhaps not the sort of thing to listen to after an evening of Led Zep II and numerous whiskies but somehow it makes a beautiful kind of sense. The cute drawings on the cover hint at the kind of sounds on offer within and fans of the Autocollants will instantly swoon at the composer credits "all songs by Dwayne and Laura" - while Ed pursues a summery pop sound with Monterey, Laura and Dwayne have opted for that hazy end of summer feeling - wistfully strummed guitars and the sweetest of harmonies from the pair and a smattering of percussion, bongos on the almost rollicksome (compared to the air of regret-filled nostalgia present on the other 3 tracks) instrumental "Another Pop Song" and out-of-time handclaps on "Please Don't Forget"."
