Before you do anything, consider this: why do you want a webpage? A
webpage can be a lot of work, or at least take a lot of time. Are you going
to have a page that is useful to anyone? You don't have to have a band,
label, or zine to have a page, but you do have to have something
interesting to offer. Also, your page should look good. If you have a page
with a lot of useful information, people might not care that much if
it doesn't look great. However, if your site doesn't have much in the
way of content and it's ugly and hard to navigate, people will click away
without a second thought. So, consider:
