12/25/06- hey gang !

welcome to issue #39 ! it's x-mas day and st. nick just deliverered a whole bushel of stuff to the hinely household. namely a car stereo system for me (had a boombox with batteries before ...seriously) and a big ol' box of DAGGER #39 ! in this issue is interviews with THE DECEMBERISTS, MICHAEL FENNELLY & SANDY SALISBURY (from 60's pop geniuses The Millennium) plusTHE CAT'S MIAOW, COLIN CLARY, SLUMBER PARTY, SUREFIRE BROADCAST, and a piece on old sst band SLOVENLY. there's also hundreds of cd reviews, live reviews, desert island discs, etc. etc. around here we're gearing up for the next issue, #40 will be my 20th anniversary issue so when you see me don't be shy about buying me a drink (sprite is fine) or some food (me like food ) ! thx again , as always, and we'll see you in a few months !
